"Waw ! En un mot voilà ! On a jamais eu un service et un confort aussi agréable dans un hôtel ! Hôtel 4* mais au niveau d’un 5* ! Facilité pour le parking même si complet (madame était enceinte donc un vrai plus). Une chambre avec une literie extra confortable ! Du café bio, un frigo, une tv multimédia, une climatisation et des fontaines à eau à chaque étage ! Très très bonne insonorisation quel plaisir de ne pas être dérangé par un voisin de chambre qui claque sa porte un peu trop fortement....

"Located in a quiet place - that values in Troyes as the proximity of all restaurants/ attractions - is in a walking distance. All rooms are clean and air-conditioned - great plus - during our stay with +36C day temperature. Beds ( king size) are great with high quality linen/pillows. Good size of the bathroom / shower- though only large dripping shower head is operational. All utilities/ trims are old and outdated as probably at most appartments/hotels in Troyes - but in OK shape - at least...

"IMPORTANT: This booking at Best Western Hotel de la Poste and Spa on 8th July did not complete as the hotel had a failure of the air conditioning - they emailed me through Expedia and offered, and I accepted on 5th July in advance of the stay, a full refund and cancellation. That refund needs to come from Expedia but although agreed on 5th July with the hotel I have still not received this £165 and my Expedia account does not indicate any refund is outstanding. "J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel hier et j’ai été déçu par certains points. Les draps n’étaient pas propres (j’ai d’ailleurs pris des photos pour le constater). De plus, la chambre ne disposait ni de petit réfrigérateur ni de bouilloire, ce qui est pourtant appréciable pour le confort des clients. Dommage, car cela a nui à mon expérience globale"
