"The reception staff did not appear to be aware of our booking via this web site. Showing the booking confirmation rectified this (fortunately there was a room available!). We were in town to visit friends, so didn't eat at the hotel, and cannot comment on the food. The staff were friendly, though the level of English was basic (even more so than our Russian!). The room was neat, clean & tidy, with effective air-con and a TV showing 2 English-language channels. The hotel is in a quiet residential...

"Had a recent trip to Atyrau, and gotta say, the hotel I stayed at was pretty sweet. Don't wanna get into all the tiny details, but yeah, it was a really good experience. The place just felt super chill and comfy, you know? Everything seemed well-kept, which made it easy to just kick back and relax. Little things here and there just made the whole stay smooth sailing. And the folks working there? Awesome. Always helpful and polite, made sure I had everything I needed without any fuss. That really stuck out to me. Seriously, if you're ever in Atyrau, this hotel is a solid pick. It really helped make my time in the city a good one. "
