"The room was spacious and clean but the drainage/sinks in the bathroom were smelly. We had to close to bathroom door to avoid sleeping with the unpleasant odour at night. Being a resort property, they charge the hotel guests for renting the snorkeling equipment, which is quite unusual for resort, especially with the price we paid. "

"Although some information was misleading it was a good hotel. Reads as all inclusive but in fact it is Not. It is a partial all inclusive. Staff was friendly but not well informed about the inclusions. Felt like I vacationed in Germany instead of Egypt. Lots of food catered to Germans/europeans. "Overall, I had a good experience during my stay. The sea, weather, and food were excellent and truly enjoyable. However, I was disappointed with the attitude and level of support provided by some members of the reception team upon arrival, which negatively impacted the beginning of my stay. While the resort has many positive aspects, I believe additional staff training and improvements in guest service would greatly enhance the overall experience."

"The review would be 5 stars but the entertainment stuff were too aggressive & wouldn’t leave you alone if you weren’t interested in what they were trying to sell. One tried to scam €150 from us. We took a card for a boat party just to get rid out him & the next day he claimed by taking the card we’d agreed to the party & had to pay. We refused & he got aggressive & wouldn’t go away & even fake called security to try & trick us into giving him money."

"Second year going to Blend Aqua Club hotel, and it’s still a great place to spend the vacation. Pools and aqua park are great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is good. So overall it’s a good value for the money. However this year the shuttle bus was terrible, the bus does one trip every 15-20 mins, which lead to more people waiting then everyone starts pushing and fighting for a seat. "Lovely rooms and beautiful property. The staff were lovely and catered to us very well, especially towards by 18month old son. My only issue was with waiting times for room service but otherwise its a beautiful hotel and we had a lovely time"
