"Que ça soit sur l’hôtel, la chambre ou le personnel y’a absolument rien à dire. L’hôtel est grand beau et propre ! Nous avons réserver la chambre lune de miel, elle est très grande avec un grand balcon. Le personnel de l’hôtel et de la plage est toujours souriant, accueillant, aux petits soins et disponible. À notre grande surprise la nourriture n’était pas mauvaise contrairement à ce qu’on a pu entendre avant notre séjour mais assez répétitif pour notre part. Nous avons passé un incroyable...

"One of the most amazing properties we have ever stayed at. The staff are amazing- very friendly and overly accommodating. We are not typically fans of the food at all inclusive resorts, but the food was incredible. We will absolutely return. Special shout out to Turquoise manager Hady and his amazing staff. Fauzey in the beach area was very kind and always helped us find a spot. Sammy was another wonderful staff member in the beach area. I cant say enough about their exceptional customer...

"Essen war in Ordnung, Mitarbeiter freundlich und nicht aufdringlich. Das Reservieren der Liegen am Pool und am Strand sind schon sehr nervig, da es ab 6Uhr morgens erlaubt ist und dann auch schon sehr viel belegt ist. "

"The staff was amazing, the location was amazing, the cleanliness was amazing, the food was fresh and really good, they have multiple pool options which was really nice coz it never got crowded, the had different shows which was entertaining. The only downside which isn’t their fault I guess but we didn’t like the private beach the water felt really dirty and gross but again we didn’t care because we just used the pools instead which were amazing!!"

"We had a problem in the beginning while taking a flight the hotel said they don’t have our booking and gave us a little hard time awaiting the same but later we enjoined the place. Hotel should organize shuttles as getting uber is very inconvenient and pricey "
