"The room was extremely hot. We arrived at 8 PM. 5 hours after the checkout time they didn’t even open the AC there were no water at the room. The zipper at the tent was broken It was like we are sitting outside. "The hotel is in bad state. The room windows looked unto a metal fence with people walking by (what would it take to landscape it?). The pool deck was in pretty bad shape and in parts covered up with plastic turf. What is offered does not match the fee charged"

"The staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel, although quite a nice building, needs an upgrade. Perhaps this will happen before next season as we were told that it has recently been taken over by Nomad Inns. There was no water in the swimming pool and despite being told that it would be filled the next day it never was.. The shower room smells of drains which is quite unpleasant when cleaning your teeth over a basin with smells wafting out of the plug hole. The tiles need renewed or at the...
