"Fantastic location but the hotel itself is VERY dated. The main pool was under construction, which is good I guess but they list having a pool bar. Awesome. Go there and the pool is open, not enough shade area for me, and the bar is closed. In fact, it's where they're housing all the extra tile, paint, ladders, etc. Can't access the lobby from there because of the construction. So, a tad disappointed. The room was clean but looked like my freshman dorm. It's that dated. But staff was nice,...

"The resort was nice, but the location was not the best. You don’t get the views that it insinuated you would have. It is right off of the main road, a lot of traffic noise. Across on the side street there’s a shopping center, a lot of foot traffic. On the other side, there’s construction going on. When I saw the room I was getting I asked if I could be moved and I was told they were booked, there was no room to be moved to. I later was able to see that was not the case. "This place was aweful. Walked into my room with my son to stains on the bed, splatter on the lamp, floor, walls and even a hole in the door etc. The lobby smelled like weed. Checked back out within 5 minutes of seeing the room. "

"Good location, valets were very attentive with shuttle and vehicle needs, housekeeping was fair, restaurant was very good, front desk was very good except when we were leaving at 5AM. Did not get his name but we felt like we were bothering him. "
