"The facility was spacious and there was a comfortable couch to sit. (View only of a brick wall. ) Bed comfortable with good linen. The suite had a small fridge (full of stuff the hotel wanted you to purchase) and a small microwave. There were no knives and no bowls supplied, nor any cloths. There was no cleaning service (extra charge) Coffee cups had never been cleaned (stains from tea and coffee)
Obviously no concept of what travellers would expect or need. "

"Very good hotel at an excellent location. Kiara and Rocio are excellent receptionists. Our big room was very comfortable and was cleaned every day. The only problem was that Internet was too slow. My wife and I were very happy and will be back at this hotel in the near future."
