"Positives: across street from supermarket and near good restaurants, good kitchen with reasonable cooking utensils, nice garden and common room/eating room,friendly morning lady who added to reasonable breakfast, scrambled eggs. Negatives- first night in room met by small rat or large mouse..it escaped, no air condition or fan and windows are on verge of falling out,e.g hinges missing from left bottom hinge, use d toilet tissue to wedge right window, bed not made up or linen changed in 4...
