"Our room faced the river and was exceptionally clean. Although the property has been recently renovated and the room appears modern at first glance, the upgrades were clearly rushed. Some of the workmanship — especially in the bathroom — felt superficial, and the added tile already shows signs of water infiltration that will likely cause it to loosen over time.
That said, the room remained cozy and comfortable. The bed provided a great night’s sleep, the bathroom functioned as needed, and the safe deposit box worked without issue.
The staff were consistently helpful and pleasant, and the breakfast was both hearty and delicious. In terms of location, this is easily the best‑situated hotel in Arad. Everything is within walking distance: City Hall, the Faleza Mureșului riverbank promenade, parks, good restaurants, and public transportation.
Despite the renovation flaws, we would stay here again for the cleanliness, comfort, service, and unbeatable location."
