"Staying at Rum Bubble Luxotel was truly an out-of-this-world experience. From start to finish, the staff made everything seamless. We were picked up at a nearby gas station, and they drove us with all our luggage into the desert by jeep (about a 15-minute ride). Upon arrival, check-in was smooth, and staff kindly helped transport our bags to our bubble via golf cart. We arrived around 5 pm, so the bubble’s covers were open, and we could see straight through — absolutely magical. After freshening up, we joined the 4x4 jeep tour organized by the hotel. At only 35 JD per jeep (not per person), it was a fantastic deal. Watching the sunset across the desert and visiting filming locations for famous movies was unforgettable. Back at camp, we enjoyed a buffet-style dinner. The food was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Later that night, I did the sky tour (20 JD) and loved getting the chance to use a telescope to view the incredible night sky — such a unique highlight. Our bubble itself was spotless. The bed was very clean and comfortable, and the shower facilities were also clean, though some of the flooring and robes felt a little outdated. Still, this didn’t take away from the overall experience. The next morning, breakfast was also served buffet-style, offering a good variety to start the day. Overall, Rum Bubble Luxotel gave me a magical desert stay filled with comfort, adventure, and hospitality. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a once-"

The cleaning team operates like magic: rooms refreshed daily, nothing overlooked, and even the small details—fresh towels, spotless surfaces, neatly arranged amenities—were handled impeccably. It felt like they take pride in excellence, not just duty. Service was consistently remarkable. Requests — big or small — were met promptly and cheerfully. The staff seemed to anticipate needs before I even voiced them. This level of care turned a mere stay into a deeply personal experience. To me, Cloud 7 is perfect balance: stylish and comfortable rooms, privacy and peace, with a heartbeat of warmth and human connection. They don’t just provide a service — they create a family atmosphere. If I were to rate the experience, I’d say: 10/10. Without hesitation, I’d return — and already miss the “family” I found there."

I would also like to highlight Star Tabarak, who works in the PlayStation area. My kids absolutely fell in love with her — she is truly magnificent, knowledgeable, and caring."

"The breakfast buffet was rich and varied, with options for all. Bed comfort was exceptional; mattress and pillows were tip-top. Noise levels for the beach parties were at times too high, and ran late, so a minor inconvenience if children are present. "

"The hotel is really fabulous. Second time there and we’ll return. The room is spacious and magnificent all white clean design. The food vey extremely good and tasty - We had half board deal and the service is beyond percept. We were upgraded to Panoramic rooms - highly Recommend - just 50 meters for the water line. Can hear the sound of the waves all night long. Pros: Everything: rooms, beach, pools, food, location and especially service and hospitality. They really interested and taking care of you"

"This was one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at. The facilities are clean, outdoor pools are large and the private beach makes all the difference. Breakfast was also delicious and the staff make sure you are looked after well. Specific mention to Saddad at the front desk who looked after us and gave us a really high level of service. I don’t have any criticism only that there isn’t an indoor pool, and the gym is slightly more dated but still runs well. "
