"It is a well managed hotel run by Cinnamon. The staff are well trained.
The estate is huge, which we did not realise until the last day. You can do all kinds of activities without leaving the hotel
The room was nice but every time we take shower, the bathroom floor is flooded. No slope on the shower section. We had to ask for extra floor mats.
I caught cold and asked for a thermometer. I was surprised that they did not have one. With dozens of staff working, how can they manage staff health...

"Wonderful staff . nothing was too much trouble. Lovely accommodation. Bit difficult for driver to find but very secluded. Only negative was the stray dogs roaming around and 1 in particular sleeping outside our front door."

"Ceylon Resort was an absolute pleasure to stay at! The gift that kept giving, the staff, the food, the location. The hotel. Would 100% recommend for all, the staff helped us with safari organisation, providing dinner as well as breakfast. An absolutely safe environment for all walks of life, even helped us fixed out tuktuk!!!! Would highly recommend to all, and couldn’t recommend more."
