"Great location, very close to Minneriya Safari. Has a nice jungle vibe, surrounded by monkeys and Toucans. The accommodation and food is decent. We booked four people, but the staff tried to claim that we only get 3 beds. It was quickly resolved and they added an extra bed to the room. "

"This property offered value for money - it was cheap. In its heyday, it must have been a very nice hotel but maintenance has fallen behind over the years. The common areas are fine but the rooms and exterior/grounds are very tired and badly need to be updated. Perhaps the owners can't afford it - there were only 4 guests booked in on the night we stayed."

We found Shushani on the front desk extremely pleasant to deal with and she was always concerned about our comfort. As well Ruwan from the dining room gave us excellent and attentive service. "Comfortable family room. We were disappointed we thought we were in the tree house, but the kids ended up quite happy in the loft. Lovely quiet location with a beautiful garden. The staff were friendly and helpful"
