"Room was very spacious and clean, mattresses were old and not very comfortable. Breakfast had an excellent choice and was very nice, the only poor item was the coffee. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice grounds and swimming pool. Quiet location away from the main road."

"Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised
This hotel looked great in the Expedia photos, but upon arrival, it was a completely different story—false advertising at its finest. The property looked nothing like the pictures, and mosquitoes were a major issue throughout our stay.
Right away, we encountered problems with the hot water in our room. After multiple calls to the front desk and waiting for maintenance, it took hours to fix, and even then, we only had lukewarm water. The entrance was...

"The Hotel is nice and clean, the wifi works good and the rooms are nice (except the floor was not clean at all). But the huge downgrade is the staff. They are friendly, but you have to ask at least twice for everything. Just a few examples:
- we asked three times for an ashtray
- we asked three times for some towels
- there was an event at the hotel so we were asked what we want for breakfast and on what time, because the restaurant was closed and breakfast was on the balcony. No problem so...

"Good and clean family room and friendly staff. Arranged a tuktuk tour for us to discover Anuradhapura. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool as well. We only stayed one night but was an excellent place for our stop in Anuradhapura."

"Friendly and very service minded hotel. Top facilities and especially the pool and the restaurant are worth a stay. Rarely have we received such good service, which also goes to the reception and housekeeper. They all made a virtue out of a pleasant stay for us! We will definitely come again!"
