"Oh my word...this property was AMAZING!!! We had just disembarked our cruise ship and wanted to drop our luggage to explore Barcelona. We called the Hotel to ask if this was a possibility and were given wonderful information about what taxi's to use and how long it would take to get there. When we arrived we were greeted by the night shift who rolled out the red carpet and made us feel very taken care of. They gave us a map with the bus and metro stops circled and explained about the cost of the tickets...we stayed until their breakfast buffet opened and were definitely NOT disappointed. Fresh squeezed juices, fruit and a multitude of meats and cheeses along with fresh pastries. The Hotel sits on La Rambla and puts you in the perfect position to experience Barcelona on foot and using their bus and metro. Our room was wonderful and the staff were amazing. When we were discussing transport from the Hotel to the airport we were told they had a contract with a private car company. That was the most amazing ride to the airport. If I find myself back in Barcelona this Hotel will definitely be my go to. "

"Hotel was as luxurious as expected. The room amenities we well appointed and we particularly loved the room controls available (including opening/closing the shades). The rooftop bar was also spectacular, with amazing views across Barcelona. The neighborhood near Sants is always busy and was a little surprising but it did not interfere with our stay at all (no outside noise heard from the room)"
