"Everything is kept very clean, rooms, common areas, pools, exercise room and so forth. Staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfasts are an added plus. The only downside we experienced was there is not enough shade around the pool area during midday. If we visit Palestine again in the future La Quinta will be first on our list for places to stay."

"Be careful. This is a pet friendly hotel. And this is not indicated on the Expedia site description. Nor will you be told at check in. You also won't be told if someone with pets is in the room next to you, so you can request a different room
I found this all out unfortunately after I was awoken at 5:30 in the morning by the sound of dog wailing and howling in the room/wall next to my bed.
When I asked at the front desk why I wasn't told that I might be next a room with dogs or given the...

"Very nice, clean hotel. Friendly staff. Comfy beds and pillows. Great shower. Delicious complimentary coffee and hot breakfast. Nice pool (there is no shaded area-just fyi). I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!"

"Absolutely disgusting. Sheets were visibly dirty (hair and grime), sink was backed up with brown water, and floors were filthy. Obvious room had not been cleaned recently."

"We had a lil trouble with the a/c the first night and it didn't get fix till the next day some came out to look at it . And they offered another room .. but other than that it was excellent very nice staff"

"I really loved how helpful and considerate the staff and management helped me. The room was meticulously composed compared to others. I think what warmed me was accessing the number of Chanel’s offered; though I did not have much time to watch it, it was better than having only one Chanel
