"Room clean"

"Property is central Alicante Harbour , making it easy to move around.. bars / beach on your doorstep .. only drawback is hotel pool is more the size of a hot tub.. we couldn’t keep our room on checkout but there is. Place yiu shower 5 min away for 12 euro .. hotel is clean and tidy and I would defo come back !"

"Excellent location, very clean hotel with good-sized rooms and facilities. Rooms are soundproofed from each other but corridor noise can be heard. Doors slam if allowed to close automatically. Good assortment of breakfast food but bacon needs a jackhammer to cut it, mushrooms and fried eggs tend to be very greasy. "No security! Expect aimless wannabe social media stars from other hotels clogging up the lifts and wondering aimlessly around your corridors whilst burying their heads into their phones. Could be a fantastic hotel but it feels unsafe. Also needs repainting and the housekeeping was poor, not allowing change of towels or more bog roll!"

"Jag och min fru bokade 2 veckor här och all inklusive. Stort hotell med 14 våningar och bara 4 jämt upptagna hissar, det borde ha varit minst 8 hissar. Totalt 4 kaffe maskiner och 2 utav dem var ur funktioner och den tredje maskinen gick sönder, lång kö för att hämta kaffe och matsalen var fullt med folk, det här pågick i flera dagar. Dricksvatten från handpumpen var inte drickbara och personalen sprang runt i matsalen för att dela dricksvatten i vattenflaskor, totalt kaos nästan varje dag....

"Great setting, lovely hotel, lovely pools & the included entry into the two theme parks was excellent. It was a busy weekend & feel the staff were overwhelmed at times, also apart from one or two members of staff, the rest of the staff always looked after, served etc etc the Spanish guests first & foremost, which was frustrating as we are Scottish but after living in Spain for 21 years & speaking Spanish was very frustrating. My wife suffered an injury due to water leaking into the floor...

"Amazing hotel with huge rooms and black out shutters. Two huge and great pools with outside showers. Very helpful staff and great food and drinks. I recommend asking the front desk for a taxi to where you’re going as Uber is more expensive and takes too long. Thank you Platio Golf Resort"

"heel leuk tof hotel, dicht aan zee.. personeel heel vriendelijk.. kamers mijn persoonlijkheid.. betreft poetsen ..wordt niet zo goed gepoetst.. te vlug willen doen of te weinig personeel.. na het poetsen..geen stof verwijderd,..of vlug vloer overgaan.. plinten veel stof, terasje mag ook eens meegenomen worden ..poetsen.. Het is een hotel met minder sterren.. maar hygiëne moet er altijd zijn ..mijn mening .. Klein terasje ..stond geen stoeltjes en tafeltje.. een aanrader voor alle...
