"I’m really surprised that this is a 4 stars hotel, it needs a lot of improvement, also the stuff needs a training. I waited 2 hours to do the check in, the first room was depressing I asked to change it, after a long negotiation they gave me another one, I went to their restaurant on the beach to have a drink and chill while they prepared the room, the service there was even worse, I waited 30 minutes for just a lemon juice and it was so bad. "Inside of the hotel is well kept. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I think they can add a few features to make this place absolutely amazing. If you plan on staying in the hotel for more than a week not much to see inside the hotel to be entertained. But one major attractions is the view from the Restaurant at the 7th floor. The majority of the staff felt like family by the end of my stay."
