"Property needs lots of work, cleaning and renovation. Total stays were three days. One day they didn’t clean our room until was 10pm. Actually until we came back at the end of the day and we complained
BUT, services at the restaurant were VERY Good!!! Delicious breakfast, and great varieties…..very nice and cheerful staff. Once they know our favourite coffee, bring it over once they see us. Very welcoming people."

"The Windsor Palace is a beautiful classic hotel with clean rooms, excellent service, and a great location. Unfortunately, checkout left a bad impression. I was charged 240 EGP for two bottles of water, a bag of chips that was barely a quarter full, and an expired chocolate bar from the room’s fridge.
