"There was no info packet in the room. Nothing on how to contact the front desk, how to operate the tv, restaurants in the area. When called about problems with the tv, staff was not helpful and no maintenance available until the next day. Beach was nice, room was nice. Beach chairs were not plentiful and hard plastic made them extremely uncomfortable."
