"Upgraded to their new hotel which was very good, excellent swimming pool though hand rails would help. Annoyingly, for a brand new hotel, you had out of bed to turn the lights off! Grounds beautifully maintained. Food fine. A pleasant ambience for relaxing. Across the road from the Elephant Orphanage. Close to other Elephant Charities and the Elephant Poo Paper factory which was an interesting visit."

"The room was really nice! I wasn't expecting much from the outside but I was pleasantly surprised. It's a great value and I would recommend staying here for seeing the Elephant Orphanage. I was a litte disapointed in the breakfast and not at all happy with the dinner at the restaurant. The hotel was great though."

"Got the wrong room and only noticed it a couple of hours after we arrived. We paid for the elephant bath view and we were literally on the opposite side. We went to tell the receptionist after dinner and they didn't do anything.
