"D’abord on nous donne la clé de la chambre et la fenêtre etait ouverte et pas moyen de la fermer ! J’ai réclamé on m’as donné une deuxième exactement la même chose fenêtre cassée ! Je réclame et une troisième chambre pas moyen d’éteindre les lumières ! On a du dormir avec les lumières ! Et en plus la télé était bloquée sur le football ! Pas moyen de voir autre programme !!! Mauvaise expérience !"

"El agua con limón que te ponen en la entrada totalmente caliente y en el desayuno lo tque debe ser caliente lo presentan frío y lo que debe ser frío lo dan caliente el desayuno un desastre Tortilla de patata fría el jugo de naranja y el yogurt caliente"

Pero el check out a las 4:00 pm me pareció muy tarde y lo que realmente me pareció muy mal es que ponen que están avalados por FACE y no tienen opciones reales para celiacos, además del desconocimiento del personal sobre el tema. Visitamos otros 5 hoteles en este mismo viaje y fueron impecables tanto en trato como en opciones sin gluten. Pero jardines de Ulleta, pésimo, no se corresponde con la categoría del hotel. "

"A beautiful dreamy Parador! Within most peaceful nature filled grounds, the rooms were exceptionally clean even with back garden access! Delicious breakfast either in the dinning room or garden terraza! Staff is super friendly and helpful with sharing information. Awesome bar with exceptional views of the gardens and sunset!
