"There was quiet a lot of hair strands on the bed, not sure if it was after drying them and getting stuck on the sheets. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful during check in and checking out. Overall, our stay went smooth and it was good. Would highly recommend to a friend if they needed a hotel to stay at. "stayed 4 days wouldn't clean room, crazy, asked 3 times, we all got shocked every time we pushed the elevator buttons, no towells in pool or only 1 in room"

"The exterior walls and hallway carpet were a bit scruffy, but the rooms were very clean with nice comfy pillows and king bed. There is a convenient laundry room on premises, gym and business area with microwaves. Alaska in general has a shortage of workers, so no one was available to clean our room when we requested it but I got by with new fresh towels and requesting more soap and TP. Overall I would still stay here again as it is centrally located and was a good value for the price. "

"We chose this hotel over cheaper options mainly because it advertised a spa. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told that the sauna wasn’t working and wouldn’t be fixed anytime soon. That was extremely disappointing, as the spa was the main reason we were willing to spend more money to stay here. Had we known, we would have chosen a more affordable hotel that at least included breakfast. What made the situation worse was that the staff didn’t seem particularly apologetic and didn’t offer...
