"not good service fo me because no more 24 hour room service last time i cant open my shower room so they cant have spare key for my help open and then need my call they come back coming for help OMG and then need my pay 200 peso so can come in help for me solve problem this time not good experience for me i'm never never dint go back again"

"Bulbs burnt out in room, refrigerator not working and asked to have replaced. I don't believe it ever was. As much as you charge per night, slightly overconcerned about towel limits. Wave pool not running 2 full days we were there but no problem running day we left. Was not in system so communication issue with website and hotel !!!!!!"
