"I recently stayed at Henann Regency & Spa and found the overall experience disappointing.
From the moment of arrival, the reception lacked warmth and hospitality. The staff immediately requested the deposit without offering a proper greeting, welcome drink, or even a simple inquiry about our journey. These small gestures would have made a meaningful difference.

"Good view at beach front, I still remember the place are the same from 15 years ago. Clean and green, friendly staff and the bar are packed as usual. Good food & vibe... Most especially good management. Hopefully to be back soon. Me and my siblings were happy over all. Thanks to all the staff the room is clean with the beach front view"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. We did a boat tour that was recommended and we loved it! The free breakfast was delicious. They welcomed us with warm smiles and complimentary beverage. D mall is only a 5 minute walk and there is a beach around the corner from the hotel that is not as crowded."
