"2/6 nights review, Loft room. Staff are very polite and friendly, from reception, concierge, kitchen, drivers, and cleaners. The infinity pool is my favorite. I had second thought booking this hotel due to 'construction site noise', but I am glad I didnt cancel the booking.. it's not noisy at all considering that the construction site is just parallel to our room balcony. We decided to keep our booking for the next 4 nights. "

In the first two days, I fell seriously ill, experiencing difficulty breathing, congestion, a persistent cough, bloodshot eyes, and a high fever. "not good service fo me because no more 24 hour room service last time i cant open my shower room so they cant have spare key for my help open and then need my call they come back coming for help OMG and then need my pay 200 peso so can come in help for me solve problem this time not good experience for me i'm never never dint go back again"

"Our stay in Grand Blue beach hotel was amazing, the welcome drink was delicious, the rooms were spacious and smells fresh. They provided bottled water on the first day. The provided towels for shower and different towels for the beach which I like. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. I tried to borrow knife to cut my papaya but instead their staff pelled and sliced it place it on a plate."
