"Great breakfast. Hotel is a bit run down in places, room was warm but I slept really well which is a huge plus in my book. The hotel is getting renovated but I stayed Saturday/Sunday so no issues there, possibly could be during the week though. Would have been helpful to have the breakfast room pointed out when I checked in, I got a bit lost! But it did the job perfect for a 1 night stay ✈ The expensive airport shuttle bus stops right outside, the cheaper local one is about a 2 minute walk away. I downloaded the Ruter transport app which made buying a ticket on the local one much easier and it's a great app too! I also took an Uber back to the airport the next day which was surprisingly cheap, similar to the expensive airport shuttle bus so give that a try too"

"The room was clean and the firmness of the bed was softened slightly by the pad under the sheets. The heated flooring in the bathroom was very nice. Also , the bathroom was updated and had a nice walk in shower. There were reading lights by the bed. The staff at check in were nice as were those in the dining room in the evening. In the morning we must have arrived after a big tour group or groups because the scrambled eggs that were left looked watery and unappealing sitting in a big pot. The crepes more than made up for the eggs.. They were hot and delicious. There was a large selection of breakfast items from which to choose. The coffee was okay and I noticed there were several types of milk for those with special dietary needs. Our room was very quiet in spite of the close vicinity to the airport. The walls in the hallway could use a paint job to cover the marks. In the back of the hotel there is a worn down path along the airport fence. I noticed about a dozen people strolling or watching aircraft take off or land. There is also a patio outside with chairs. The airport shuttle costs about $8.00 US each way. It is a full size bus and makes stops at 3 hotels 2 times per hour. Tickets can be purchased on board or at a ticket machine in the airport. I noticed an ironing board and iron near the elevator. There is also a spiral staircase across from the elevator if one would like the exercise. Overall this is a good place to stay for"

"Great front desk staff, provided early check in as soon as the room was ready. The breakfast buffet is well worth the price. Considering what we paid a day earlier for lunch and snacks at Akerbrygge, thus was a steal and really great food and lots of options. Easily accessible within a short walk from the public transport."
