"As an Expedia platinum client I must say this stay was amazing. Had a bit of an issue upon my arrival but the staff went above and beyond to correct it and make it right. Food was good, room was spacious, and location was great. The best part…felt like I was staying in an art gallery with beautiful displays of art all over the property. A must see for sure!"

"Although I prepaid for my reservation, the reception staff called their manager and he told me that I couldn’t stay the hotel without additional payment. Since it was already 20:30, I had no choice to find another hotel. I presented my payment approval, but he insisted the need of double payment. According to the manager’s advice, I paid and contacted customer suppprt. When the customer support person called the hotel reception, the voice message was repeated."

"After reading how in the ghetto's in Africa, you have to be careful if you are white. We decided it was near airport as stated, but in a shanty town that was with even driving 10 minutes off the main road. There were no restaurants near, if we went out, we would have had to have an escort. The young woman in charge looked at us as if we were strange due to the fact, after seeing the location, we backed out of staying in the motel. It was the best home or business in the area that we saw. But...
