Hotel Spa di Água Grande

"Clean and beautiful grounds, but the customer service is lacking!"

"I arrived early in the evening and all the lights were off. Door was locked. No reception. My kind taxi driver called the hotel and after 5 minutes a young man appeared. He didn't speak any English at all. He was kind and took me to my room. He was about to leave me to myself, when I asked if I shouldn't officially check-in or sign something. "Hotel was good. Walking distance from everything in the city. The staff is helpful. The Wi-Fi is OK but for the money and cleanliness this is the best option in the city."

"Good choice! Would recommend."

"Vaste piscine très agréable "

"Great hospitality. Manager is incredibly friendly and staff was extremely professional. Very clean environment"

"Prijs, ligging, comfort; erg goed.
