"Séjour globalement agréable, mais très déçu par le service de ménage. Dans la description de l’hôtel avant réservation, il est indiqué qu’un ménage quotidien est prévu. Pourtant, durant mes 4 jours dans un chalet, personne n’est venu faire le ménage, même après ma réclamation à la réception. Ce manque de suivi est dommage et ne correspond pas à ce qui est annoncé. "
