"1er bémol, le personnel de la réception ne sait pas gérer les demandes de la clientele par exemple, présentation du sire, des activites offertes, et offrir un sourire.
2e bémol, une odeur de puisard est apparue dans la douche de notre chambre qui aura pris 2 jours a régler."

"Nice, clean and staff goes above and beyond to help and very respectful. Good location as well. Good breakfast and tried dinner buffet for two nights for extra cost of 200dh each which was good. Stayed in building 2 it was nice and clean, house keeping every day. Only one thing which was disappointing was first morning of my stay, milk which was left in mini fridge in bedroom was off when I tired to make cup of tea in morning. Overall me and my husband enjoyed our stay."

"I would strongly advise others to think carefully before booking RIU Tikida Dunas.
My stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. On arrival, the room was not ready and I was initially given the wrong bed. Basic amenities were lacking throughout the stay. I requested an iron from the first day and despite repeated follow-ups, including visiting reception multiple times and receiving a message via the hotel app, I never received one at any point.

"The rooms are huge and comfortable, though they are a bit dated and need a refurb. The food was what let us down. It’s really not great and not much Option. Also not much to do near the hotel it’s secluded. Surf lessons were good but the waves aren’t great in this area."
