"We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our visit. A special mention goes to the physio therapist, Özlem, who was absolutely excellent, professional, and attentive. She made our experience particularly enjoyable, and we truly appreciated her outstanding service.
However, one area that needs improvement is the condition of the BBQ facilities. Unfortunately, the BBQ was not in good condition, which raised concerns about hygiene, health, and safety. We hope the hotel will look into this matter and ensure the facilities are properly maintained.
