"The staff here couldn’t have been more helpful. We were welcomed by Sabit & Harun on arrival and Sabit gave us lots of great advice for tourist sights, which we didn’t know about. "Había obras en el hotel y desde las 20 h hasta las 22:30 estuvieron haciendo ruido.A la hora del check out el recepcionista nos informa que no tiene ninguna relación con hoteles.com y que debemos proceder a abonar la noche por lo que nos ponemos en contacto con hoteles.com y estos después de 10 horas lo único que hemos conseguido es que se pongan en contacto con el hotel pero no el reembolso del mismo."

"So many problems. 1st Google Maps had the location 500m away on thr opposite side of the median. 2nd they couldn't find my reservation. 3rd after they found my reservation they didn't have my reserved suite available. 4th they offered a different room that was a smoking room. No refund was offered for the downgraded room. 5th sevice in the cafe was very slow & the room was cold because people kept going outside to smoke."
