"We’ve had the pleasure of staying in many wonderful hotels around the world, but this experience was truly something special. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for and incredibly well looked after. The staff made us feel more like welcomed guests than hotel visitors, and their kindness, warmth, and attention to detail made the entire stay unforgettable. We were honestly spoiled in the best possible way, and the experience went far beyond anything we had expected. A very special thank you to Joi from the Karibu team and Jordan from the lobby. Both were absolutely wonderful and added such a personal touch to our stay. Their genuine hospitality and care made a lasting impression on us. This was more than just a great hotel stay — it was a memorable experience that we will look back on very fondly. We would return without hesitation."

"We had a great stay at the grand millennium. It is connected to the mall which is very convenient if you need to quickly grab anything. Everything was very clean and the amenities were great. There was a separate spa for men and women including jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. The roof top pools were mixed and a completely private one for women. There is also a tennis court on the roof top. The only downside was the WiFi being quite slow so I had to resort to data sometimes. Staff were very helpful with any needs and also let us check in early when we arrived. Definitely recommend staying if you are visiting muscat"

"I booked a sea view standard room and when I checked in, we were kindly upgraded to a sea view suite, which had an incredible space and felt like a home from home feeling. The check in was seamless and very friendly. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating and I wish this hotel all the best. Location is perfect and close to beach, marina and the Walk. We will be back."

"The hotel is excellently maintained with everything shinning clean. The staff are very helpful particularly the receptionists at the front desk. There's a really beautiful pool surrounded by lovely trees and shrubbery and little birds fly down to take sips of water during the hot weather. 🐦 🐦‍⬛ One suggestion might be to ask staff to close room doors quietly after they've finished cleaning rooms as I was woken from a pleasant reverie by loud banging sounds on several occasions during my wonderful stay."
