"Comfortable and quiet room on second floor. Excellent breakfast and evening buffets provided with great selections. Staff very welcoming and room was cleaned daily. Only minor point would be lack of tea and coffee making facilities in room. Fridge was adequate size for bottled water storage. Air conditioning was an added bonus as my stay was during a very hot and humid period."

"Hotel facilities are great, the bedroom is huge, with a nice bed, the shower is fantastic and the bath also good. However, it's the type of resort for people that want to go on holiday and never leave the hotel, the location is far from most stuff you can do in South Tenerife, the beach in front of the hotel is a rock beach that didn't appear safe for swimming, the hotel has just swimming pools that all look the same. Also the hotel is located in an area with a lot of wind so it can feel a bit cold and just one of the pools is heated. The only bad thing is that they ask you to use the app for everything and the app is really bad, multiple times it crashed or stuck in loading, this is definitely something to improve. Also "all-inclusive" uses a strange definition on "all", it doesn't include a lot of things. It's basically a drinks package."

"Amazing room. Such a good design, and loads of space. Staff were helpful whenever needed. We had a problem with a blocked drain and it was fixed in less than half an hour of us telling them. Would stay here again, very quiet and out of the way with lovely scenery. Healthy breakfast but for kids or people who don’t eat a lot of fruit of veg probably not good. I absolutely loved it"

"Excellent location, quiet area but still short walk to the beach and great sea view from the room. The hotel is built so most balconies face the sea, on both sides of the building. Close to a stop from airport bus, easy transport. Good mix of nationalities and age groups in the hotel. Great room and food, service, pool, and for the price I got - the only minus was there was water infiltration under the bathroom floor coming from the shower, leading to a strong smell of mould in the rest of the room and a bulge in the floor (vinyl-type floor in the bathroom)."
