"Property is located over 3 buildings and this means there is a bit of explanation required. We checked in at one building, breakfast was in another and our room in another. We had misunderstood where check out was, probably due to language differences, and it wasn't the same as check in. My only concern was that while our building door was locked on arrival for security, other guests kept propping the door open. "
