"Breakfast good, in spite of of being right by the highway it’s a pretty quiet place. This is our fourth day so we knew what to expect and we do go back because it’s very convenient for Mayo Clinic."

"Canyon Pool bar and grill didn't open at the time advertised. There is not 2 restaurants on site, only the Canyon Grill, which is at the pool and has limited hours. Prices were quite high too. The room was supposed to have a main kitchen and 2nd bedroom have a small kitchen area, it didn't have any type of kitchen in 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom had 2 tubes of used toothpaste on counter, fork in dishwasher and coffee spill in kitchen sink.Communication to/from property was ignored. I sent emails...

"I absolutely love staying here whenever I visit Scottsdale. I’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s officially my go-to hotel. As someone who is very picky about cleanliness, I was impressed by how spotless and well-maintained the rooms are. The service is exceptional. "Everything about this experience was enjoyable! From the moment we checked in, till the moment we left I couldn't have asked for a better stay. The room was wonderful, I don't even think I can call it a room because it was a literal apartment! It had everything and more that we could have needed for a perfect stay - we were even able to do laundry! "

"Standard hotel experience. Ideally located across from popular outdoor malls. But the front desk staff are apathetic and dismissive. Clearly do not like their job or perhaps just their personality. Either way, should not be the client facing employee interacting with guests. Made time there somewhat uncomfortable. "

"When we arrived at the hotel there were random bugs in the hallways and the sheets had blood on them. The conditioner was out in the shower. They charge a lot for parking, which is a huge set back. I saw a sign that there is a remodel happening this summer, which is much needed! I used to stay here a lot, but I won't be staying here again until after the remodel happens!"

"I have had 3 out of 3 bad experiences at Motel 6 motels and this was definitely the worst. A guest of mine witnessed the security guard actually push a girl really hard to where she fell down. These were people that were on the sidewalk of the property and apparently they had been told not to be on the property. They’ve been trespassed apparently however that does not give this security guard the right to actually use force and push somebody down. She had not laid her hands on anyone. I guess...
