The office had no record of my reservation. Extra charges on top of what I was quoted. roaches in bathroom. No extra toilet paper in bathroom. Said free wi fi but there was no internet. TV wanted my Google password in order to watch.

AC would not work properly in the first two rooms I was placed in. Hotel felt humid and had an off smell. Overall not a good hotel experience. Rooms are not well kept.
