"Absolutely terrible experience at Country Inn Jalandhar I had already paid for a full day and night stay, but when I called one day in advance to request an early check-in at 12 PM instead of 2 PM, the hotel demanded an extra ₹1500. Charging guests extra for just a couple of hours despite paying for the entire booking is nothing short of greed. To make things worse, when I arrived, I was left standing at the reception for 10–15 minutes while the staff casually ignored the urgency of the situation. The check-in process was slowunprofessional and completely disappointing. The staff was extremely rude and unfriendly A hotel employee s job is to make guests feel welcome but the people at the front desk looked annoyed and behaved as if they were doing me a favor Not a single smile, no courtesy and absolutely no hospitality For a hotel that claims to provide quality service, this was shockingly bad. I have stayed at budget hotels with far better service and more respectful staff Overall rating: 0/5 I would never stay at this hotel again and would strongly advise others to avoid it if they expect basic customer service professionalism and respect"
