"The reason to stay was not good is because we were told by the manager at the hotel that they would let us back in at a later time because we had already booked to get into the room. After explaining that we would be out late the manager then told us that she would be up late in order to let us in because the locks weren’t working and when we got back around 2 AM, 1:30 AM She was nowhere to be found and we were locked out of the hotel the whole day. "This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this."

"I didn’t even stay there. First of all they didn’t even send any instructions in advance. Then they sent me to a different location. The room was in a three bedroom place which I wasn’t aware it’s a shared space. There was no heat (it was 40 degrees in NJ) no toiletries including toilet paper or towels or shampoo. I just left immediately and put a stop payment on my credit card charge. I’ve never had this experience before. "
