Places good I slept well, rooms are clean everything was set up nice. Only thing that was kind of misleading was the continental breakfast, it's a little Debbie's cinnamon roll thing and coffee or juice and that's it.

Room was disgusting looked like they gave me the poorest room in the hotel the carpet was stained so bad that we had to wear our shoes the entire time because our feet were black from the carpet. Bathroom was falling apart look like somebody spray-painted the shower in the bathtub chipping off everywhere the walls deteriorating in the bathroom had an old musty mildew smell in the room house cleaners do not do a good job. The front office staff was very nice and respectful even when I asked for a towel I asked the housekeeper for an extra towel cuz there was only three in the room and I needed four cuz there was four of us this Mexican housekeeper was so disrespectful and rude to me and told me to get out of her face by showing me away. Breakfast sucked they were cheap apples and Honey buns like what you get in prison.

Front desk was nice but hard to understand. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and bed creaked every time you moved. Bathroom walls need cleaned. Outside sidewalks and stairs need power washed and cigarette butts cleaned up. It was quiet. Have stayed here before but not sure if I will return.

In the midst of chaos the staff was a breath of fresh air. I sincerely appreciate Ana for helping me after I bought a coke, there was a beautiful conversation and a smile! It was greatly appreciated!

The staff was great no complaints at all, my concern was the room wasn't comfortable clean. The toilet seat was broke so we pinched our bottom, the tile behind the toilet was rotted with ants. It was peaceful & quiet just wish it was cleaner

Room was nice and quiet, check in staff was pleasant beds were comfortable. Listed laundry but there were “non working”( did not see any) In room bathroom light quit working ( taking shower in dark was fun) few minor things - lampshade broken, screen in window broken, but overall was good! Not a big choice on breakfast ( had more choice of items for sale than offered for breakfast.
