Breakfast was amazing. Location was perfect for our needs. We could get dinner really close by. Anytime we’re in Denver we’ll be staying here.
Now the part I hate giving-the bad stuff. First and foremost, the housekeeping staff. The first time they came, they left a dirty cleaning cloth on the nightstand on top of my things. The second time they left a used rubber glove on top of my things on the bathroom counter. Worst of all, they never left toilet paper for us. We were there a week. Three adults. One roll of the toilet paper is not enough for those conditions. The front desk was stingy about it too. Secondly, and this isn’t anyone’s fault; the microwave caught on fire inside the wall of the microwave. It stank horribly and it never got replaced. Which meant we couldn’t heat up any food. Third, there was no desk, even though the room description said there was. There was a kitchen bar with a stool and an office chair (which felt like you were going to slip right off). I’m a student in town doing labs and still had homework every night. My school stuff took up the entire bar, which meant we were eating on the bed or couch. Plus, there were only two chairs. The photo on the app showed something else. Fourth, the pillows were not at all comfortable, which means we had to go drop $100 on decent pillows to use. Fifth, it was so dry and hot. The a/c was on 24/7 and we had to go buy a humidifier. I had a bloody nose by the time I woke up and I got no sleep at all the 1st night.
