Everything was great. The toilet ran continually and when I mentioned it to the manager, she apologized and offered a small discount which I wasn’t expecting. We will definitely stay here again.

The room had random hairs in it. The fire alarm was pulled out of the ceiling. There was a metal panel sticking out of the wall. The refrigerator did not work. The request for extra pillows and to ask to have it cleaned never came through. And I was charged 3 times for the room which ended up overdrafting my account and causing fees with my bank. Not happy.

Paper thin walls. Woken up in the middle of the night once by my neighbor having a coughing fit and another time by someone's dog barking to be let out to pee. Would not stay here again.

Could have been a nice stay
This probably would have been a nice stay if the advertised amenities were actually available. The pool and hot tub were closed for several weeks. The restaurant was suppose to be open for lunch wasn’t. The breakfast was meh.

The Hilton has fallen
We had planned for a 8 night stay but the room was not what we expected The bathroom door was broken and you couldn't close it the mini fridge didn't work it looked like someone had just left the room used the bed was hard as a rock and the in room furniture was the same The TVs wouldn't load a no signal most of the time several broken items in the room (light switchs,door, dressers, desks It was very bad the smoke detector was missing in the bedroom with wires hanging down you could see where new spots on the walls were painted The shower was the most disappointing there was no water pressure and the water temperature would barley get warm so you couldn't even fill clean and very thin walls you could hear everything from other rooms and I mean everything!!! And last but not least the pool and hot tub was shut down because it was dieing people's hair green I do have to say that the hotel staff was amazing and all of the house keeping staff worked very hard and were very nice

We really enjoyed our stay, but for one night. For much of the night the guests above our room #229 were extremely noisy like jumping off the bed or throwing luggage around. After an hour or so i finally needed to call the office. It was after midnight and we needed to sleep. The noise continued for another half hour and resumed the following morning. We like the hotel and we will be back in the Spring. We have family nearby the hotel.

Near shopping center
Just two nights but there was a little surprise when front desk did not find any booking under my name. Kelly, front desk staff was very nice and worked with third agent to get the booking back.
