Best villa I stayed in, big pool and beautiful big room staff were so friendly and helpful and the villa was alway beautiful and clean, shop across the road and local food in walking distance & only 10 minutes by car or bike to saner beach , nice and quit for a good nights sleep can’t wait to stay there again .

It was good but safe hard to work and figure out. Tv did not work only youtube. And a bit fat out from Sanur. But staff where very helpful and kind and friendly. We left tip on table for hsk and did not take till handed to them. Great vaule for money awazing and very private.

In terms of the positives the staff a nd garden were great and the pool was a good size and temperature Unfortunately they don't provide any cushions for the outside day bed and the prospect of sitting on a wooden frame for a week didn't appeal After raising with staff,the manager said we could rent one but we never heard back. We ended up moving to another place after a couple.of.nights Simple feedback at this price.point and location you need to provide basic expectations of a private villa to be comfortable during your stay. A few restaurants nearby bit not much.else It has promise but do your research before committing

Expérience très décevante, publicité mensongère (pas de piscine publique dans l'hôtel, pas de chaises longues sur la terrasse, comme indiqué sur le site). Lit balinais au matelat complètement moisis et inutilisable. La serrure de la chambre et la fontaine à eau ne marchait pas à mon arrivée. Draps des lits qu'ils ne changent pas (juste les mettent à l'envers pour pas que cela se voit. Le personnel rentre sans prévenir... bref, une grosse déception ! (Je vous ai envoyé un litige au sujet de cet hôtel déjà)

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel en Indonésie durant notre lune de miel et avons globalement passé un bon moment. L’accueil a été excellent, avec une équipe souriante, gentille et très réactive, notamment via WhatsApp. La chambre était belle, avec une piscine agréable et un lit très confortable. L’emplacement est également pratique, juste en face d’une supérette ouverte tard, ce qui est idéal pour les petits achats de dernière minute. Cependant, quelques points sont à améliorer. La propreté laissait à désirer : bien que les draps et serviettes soient changés, la poussière, les toiles d’araignées et l'absence de réel nettoyage étaient visibles. La cuisine extérieure, bien que jolie, manquait d’équipements. La salle de bain était peu éclairée, rendant difficile des gestes quotidiens. Il n’y avait pas de prise près du lit, uniquement vers le canapé, ce qui est peu pratique. De plus, la baignoire dans notre chambre était inutilisable Enfin, la localisation des plages indiquée sur Expedia est trompeuse : elles sont bien plus éloignées que prévu, avec un trajet en voiture de 20 à 25 minutes, parfois plus à cause des embouteillages. La nourriture sur place est correcte mais pas exceptionnelle, et on trouve souvent mieux dans les environs pour moins cher. En résumé, malgré ces défauts, nous avons passé un bon séjour. Ce sont des détails qui peuvent facilement être corrigés et qui, une fois ajustés, rendraient l’experience encore meilleure
