"Very nice property located very close to Main Street. Easy walk to Hyannis Harbor. We liked the proximity to the Transportation Center (bus station) . Breakfast was nice . The place has a great Cape nostalgia with excellent service and amenities. Highly recommend ."

"I stayed for a weekend with my three daughters. The room was very clean, but took away a star because there were some obvious wear and tear that could be easily addressed. The pools were fabulous, the staff was kind and professional. We loved our stay and would come back again for sure!"

"The staff are wonderful. The property and location are great. Lisa was wonderful! The bathrooms are a little outdated and the amenities are sparse, but, we would totally come back. The pool was awesome!! We had an awesome time!"

"Upon arrival Greg, the owner walked us to our room answered a few questions, you don't get that at a big hotel. The room was clean and spacious for the two of us. Grounds were very clean and the pool was clean and enjoyable. Nice touch to have coffee available in the morning along with nice pastries. We highly recommend and we will be going back."

"Room was very nice very clean. Our stay was very nice. Only thing I noticed was the landscaping was not very well done. Doesn't look like they tend to it at all. I guess that doesn't matter much because the room was nice."
