"I booked 9 nights for my friend. She only stayed one night as it was so awful. Firstly they weren’t expecting her. We were told before arrival that there was a buffet breakfast. The room was filthy, there was only the sheet covering the mattress on the bed, the bin was already full, there was a dirty sock, dirty tissues, bottle caps and fluff under the bed, the sink was cracked at the side and had a rim of dirt, the shower floor was dirty. My friend who I booked it for was told in the morning...

"Room was clear also they have many pools. The stuff try to help their customers but there aren’t enough of them. It could be better at first glance. Good thing is food, beverage and amenities are really good. We could say it’s because they’re new, but I hope they’ll get better"
