Cerca de la playa, con aparcamiento a la sombra y un Spar cerca para comprar. La piscina a "pie de apartamento" fue lo mejor para los niños. El aire acondicionado suficiente también. El estado de los apartamentos es bastante malo. Todo está antiguo y bastante deteriorado. El sofá cama no es nada cómodo. Y nos comieron los mosquitos. El baño estaba lleno de mosquitas pequeñas que no picaban pero daba sensación de suciedad y molestia. Pedimos un bajo para mas comodidad con los carros de los niños pero son apartamentos un poco indiscretos.... Puedes tener a alguien tomando el sol prácticamente en tu porche. Para el precio que cuesta podría estar mejor, la verdad. Los niños que no miran estas cosas disfrutaron muchísimo e hicieron muchos amigos.

La ubicación es excelente y tanto el check-in como el check-out rápido. El personal amable y atento pero el apartamento no estaba limpio y salió una cucaracha. Poquísimos utensilios de cocina y las camas tenían un colchón horrible y muy muy blando (volvimos con dolor de espalda). Había enchufes rotos, la puerta de la lavadora estaba también rota y no había nadie controlando la buena marcha del establecimiento (había vecinos ruidosos que no respetaban ni horarios de piscina, de descanso nocturno ni de higiene (tiraban colillas etc…)

La verdad es que muy bien.Todo bastante limpio ,reforma actual.Biena ventilación y a 5 min andando a la playa.Zona tranquila. Si tuviese que poner una pega ,seria que tiene mala insinorizacion y si te toca con vecinos algo ruidosos, no se descansa bien.

C’est la cinquième année qu’on passe nos vacances d’été au serviden retiro Park 2, et tout s’est très bien passé comme d’habitude. Logement propre. Même s’il y a eu plus de monde que d’habitude, nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Nos ofrecieron otro establecimiento del mismo Serviden, ya que donde habiamos reservado no habia mas lugar. El dpto era espacioso, pero la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. La vajilla que utilizamos debimos lavarla antes de usar. El mismo estaba bien ubicado, muy cerca de la playa. Falta tostadora, pava electrica y un aire acondicionado en las habitaciones.

Bra läge för familjen

Bra boende nära stranden, nära till restaurang och liten mataffär. Ca 2 km in till Denia som är en väldigt fin stad. Boendet är av lite äldre standard, bra pool (av äldre modell) på området. I receptionen pratade de mycket bra engelska. Rätt dålig WiFi i lägenheten. Totala omdömet av boendet är övervägande positivt.

Es grande y está cerca de la playa

Es una propiedad grande y está muy bien cerca de la playa lo mejor es que tiene dos dormitorios y la piscina . Pero falta N utensilios de cocina como una tostadora y pinzas para la carne , también un poco más de limpieza en la escalera de la entrada se pegaba había como un líquido en el suelo por lo demás todo bien aunque las almohadas deberían mejorarlas un poco incómodas

Gut geschnittene Wohnung, Renovierung nötig

Wir hatten ein zweistöckiges Apartment ausgelegt für maximal 6 Personen und waren dort insgesamt zu dritt, daher war wirklich mehr als genug Platz für uns. Der Schnitt des Apartments ist sehr gut (1. Stock: Gästetoilette, offene Küche und Wohnbereich, Balkon - 2. Stock Schlafzimmer 1 mit 1,40 m Bett, Schlafzimmer 2 mit 2 Einzelbetten und Bad mit Dusche). Das Apartment ist in typisch Spanischem Design und mediterranen Farben gestaltet, allerdings ist es bestimmt schon 15 Jahre alt und könnte dringend wieder mal etwas Farbe und Renovierungsarbeiten vertragen. Vor allem das Bad sollte überholt werden (defekte Duschhalterung, Fugen verschmutzt oder nicht mehr da, usw.) Außerdem wären ein paar zusätzliche Details ganz nützlich, z.B. es gibt weder in der Küche noch im Bad einen Abfalleimer. Insgesamt ist die Sauberkeit im Apartment und der Anlage NAJA. Die Anzahl der Handtücher ist auch sehr gering bemessen, gerade wenn man an den Pool oder ans Meer will, benötigt man zusätzlich eigene Handtücher. Der WLAN Empfang ist in der gesamten Anlage gut, allerdings muss man sich alle 1-2 Stunden neu im System anmelden. TV Empfang ist sehr schlecht und nicht nutzbar. Der Pool ist schön und erfrischend, es gibt aber keinerlei Liegen oder Schirme.

The apartment was very good, clean and was ideal for a week or two. I have to say that the service office was very good. I had left a ring behind in the apartment and they took the trouble to find the ring and post back to me.

It was not as expected

The apartament was not what we had expected at all. It was too small, old fashioned, some furniture was broken or in bad condition, dirty... We realised it was not the place where we wanted todo spend our holidays. Of course we complained and the staff inmediately offered another apartment in other place for the same price. We accepted the change and moved to the new apartment.

Helt ok lägenhet på ett mysigt ställe.

Helt ok lägenhet (hade föredragit bottenvåning). Gratis parkering i inhägnad. Incheckning sker på ett kontor en bit bort, med begränsade öppettider. Kan därför vara svårt med service om något krånglar. Annars nära och bra till fin strand och en hel del restauranger. Enklare pool på området, dock utan solsängar.
