"Lovely room in beautiful setting. Bed was comfy, bathroom was spacious. Free continental breakfast offered. No evening meals provided but you could get drinks at the bar (take away recommendations and you could eat in the restaurant) Great swimming pool which my grandsons loved"

"The bed was very comfy and clean. Sofa/day bed comfortable and practical. The missed some basic utensils (eg. Glasses ,a sharp knife to cut food. The cutlery was very poor quality. Could only buy microwave meals or tinned. Suggest getting an air fryer, so meals can be cooked. The shower had a good spray, but the shower tray appeared to be falling away from the wall. The windows were drity . Overall it just needed some TLC, a lick of paint,and more of a practical floor covering (eg. Linoleum). The television access and WIFI was very good. When staying in the rooms over the road (across from the hotel) you have access to the hotel's swimming pool and spra area. The booking in staff were ok, she was a bit confused and needed extra support, generally they were lovely. I might consider a revisit due to the access to the beach and other amenities. "

"We had a lovely last minute stay at the wild pheasant hotel. No complaints other than that the rooms are incredibly warm. We brought our own fan as previous reviews stated the same. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. "

"We had a lovely break with our 2 grandsons. The family room was amazing, with a separate twin bedded room for the boys. Both rooms had en suite facilities too. The pool area is lovely, and the location is perfect for the beach. "

"We had a lovely short stay at The Feathers. The room was lovely, with an amazing bathtub and, best of all, AIR CONDITIONING, which we really appreciated as it was unusually hot during our visit. The room was also very quiet at night - we heard hardly anything from the pub. I recommend the pub itself too, lovely decor and very friendly staff. We would definitely stay there again, and absolutely recommend it to other travellers. "
