The hotel is dated, stains on bedding, old very worn furniture. I can’t stress enough how old and worn the furniture was. The chalking on base of toilet was half on and half off. Only positive was staff. On this site the hotel is rated a 7! I would hate to see a 6 rated hotel. Rating was definitely misleading. I’m questioning if I can trust Expedia to guide me to a quality hotel.

I reserved a room with 2beds and a sofa bed but I was told they didn’t have a sofa bed, so I requested a cot or roller bed and they didn’t have one so my son had to sleep on the floor. I requested toothpaste and shampoo but was told that they were out of stock. I had been driving for 12 hours after a hard move and was looking forward to a long hot bath but instead had to shower with low water pressure because the stopper was not in the tub and I couldn’t screw it in due to the drain being full of hair. I pulled out a handful but couldn’t get it all out. The shower head had calcium buildup on it so water flow was limited. I also noticed that there was some mildew on the ceiling. I requested a discount but they said that I had to contact Expedia for it. The manager came in the room before I checked out the bathroom and she said that she would have someone paint the ceiling and that the water pressure was like that in all the rooms and basically dismissed my concerns.

Phone didn't work. Only 1 light worked in room. Wood furniture was old and falling apart. No biscuits and gravy for breakfast..Fort Stockton, Texas La Quinta was way better

Elora at the front desk was great, excellent customer service (both with me personally and listening to her on phone with other customers). Hotel room was clean and in good condition (although furniture looked like it could be updated). Glad for big rig and RV parking. Would stay here again.

Whoever does the maintenance should be fired. The chalking around the toilet was a mess - I could do better blindfolded. The paint job was terrible - old paint showed through in the corner of the bathroom, paint slopped on the side of the toilet and a corner by the sink was not painted at all. Floor tiles were cracked. Only one light bulb worked in the overhead bathroom light, there were not batteries in the TV remote. the furniture was worn and scratched. The floor of the room slopped noticeably so that when in the bed, my head was lower than my feet. The curtains were clean and fresh. Will not be returning.

Trash all over the area surrounding the building. We have stayed at this property several nights over the years. Unfortunately, we won’t be staying here again. Furniture was damaged, faucet leaking, sink cracked. Everything in the room pretty tired and worn.

This is my hometown. The TV did not work, no ice machine, the rooms were dirty, grime on the phone, furniture is old and has water damage. This is not worth the $149.00 per night. 😞

Overall ok. Some staff were very helpful, some just disinterested and not really helpful (more interested in their phone)… room was quiet and clean. No pool or hot tub right now (winter…I should have known) a dog was barking a room down till 1130…. It’s pet friendly…just be aware of that food deal if you have a pet, maybe not if you don’t. Breakfast was excellent and the morning staff were super helpful.

Typical for $80
Staff was friendly. Room OK despite old and scarred up furniture. Bed looked like it would be uncomfortable but turned out to be fine. Limited TV channels. Don't go there if you want to see CNN or MSNBC. Breakfast OK. The usual with a somewhat grumpy attendant who for sure wanted everyone out of the space on time despite the fact that is an open space available at any time. But to be fair, she wanted to get the tables cleaned up. Probably would upgrade next time around.

This property is not being maintained. Toilet ran water all night. Outlet on bedside lamp did not work. Cracking paint and caulk in the bathroom. Disgusting. Bathroom door was all beat up. Elevator stopped at every floor even if no one getting on or off. Attendant in breakfast area very nice and helpful.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. We appreciated the included breakfast. Beds are horribly uncomfortable; unfortunately. The pillows are even worse. Difficult for us after 10 hours on the road. Probably wont stay again because our backs and necks cant handle it. But everything else was great. Clranliness is good, only complaint there is the air filters on the a/c units should be cleaned more regularly for those with allergies. And if we ask for a non-smoking room; you should know for a fact its non-smoking. It put our eldest with allergies into an allergic reaction.

Only 7:00 and breakfast options depleted. No sausage, no milk and decaffeinated coffee not even an option. No one working the station. Rooms worn and outdated but very clean. Staff at desk very friendly with check in. Plenty of hot water for showering. Bedding ok.
