"I booked this room through Expedia based on the photos and description provided in the listing. The room that we were assigned was significantly different from what was represented and was in an unacceptable state of cleanliness and repair. Upon entering the room, it was immediately apparent that it had not been properly cleaned or maintained. "This is an extended stay place and very affordable. Bare bones and not luxury, but we really just needed a bed for the night. It was not super clean or well maintained, and they have some colorful guests, but for $100 a night that’s what I expect. I did not see any bugs (I don’t do bugs). Water pressure was lousy, but we had clean towels and soap. Beds have cheap microfiber or some other kind of fabric instead of cotton and there was a mystery spill on the floor next to the bed. "This property was not what we would expect from a chain such as the Wyndham. When we arrived, the lobby was messy and loud and had a funny odor. We were tired so we checked in and went to our room on the 3rd floor. Immediately, we realized the hallway smelled of vomit and there were unpicked up plates and dishes from what appeared to be room service. Our room was also messy as we found hair on the bathroom floor, a sink that was not fully cleaned and a cockroach that we stepped on and killed....

"This hotel has a huge laundry with 6 washing machines and 8 dryers (from memory). The staff are very nice too. The room was clean, especially having laminate boards. However, a few issues upset our stay...the bed squeaked and moved every time one of us rolled which I'm sure the guests below could hear. The AC kept turning on and off and was really loud. The hotel overall isn't quiet so best bring earplugs. Also the blinds need a blackout option as they let too much light in."
