客室には小さな虫をサイドボード、枕裏などに多数発見。ベッドリネンを変更してもらった。が、部屋の掃除は行き届いておらず、ほこりや、ごみが落ちている状態。 電話もつながらず、電源タップも差込口がゆるく、充電なども困難。タオル類、リネンにも複数のシミがあり、枕もシミだらけでした。2日目にはムカデも発生し、絶望的でした。スタッフの対応は早く、好印象だが、衛生的に次回の滞在はありません。
